Cindy Davis concert Review | Show 2

Another night and another great show. Last nights engagement with Cindy Davis and co. was as breathtaking as her first show and brought with it the bonus of another opener (Jason Cook!) and an extra solo or three from guitarist Colin McTaggart. Cindy's voice was as strong as ever and the band was resting steady in the groove.

Highlights of the night included a great performance of "Too Late," great interplay between the guitars on "Philosophy," another killer rendition of Dylan's "It Ain't Me Babe." And, of course, Cindy's newest song closed the show with soaring harmonies and a hook so fresh I woke up singing it this morning.

If you missed the show, pester Cindy and co to get the footage they capture (audio and video) out on youTube or to hurry up and book another! Similarly, I suppose we could make her album a top seller on iTunes and then she'll have no choice but to play another show soon...
