The $65 menu includes:
-Winter green salad, corn crusted trout, maple mustard dressing. The trout is farmed in Lake Huron and the greens are from Soiled Reputation an organic farm in Sebringville.
- Organic beef poutine, cheese curd and foie gras gravy. The beef is from Field Gate Organics at the Covent Garden Market, the goat cheese is from a cheese maker in St. Marys.
- Roasted capon, brussel sprouts, smokey bacon, cream, roasted cipollini onions. The capon and bacon are from Field Gate and vegetables from Soiled Reputation.
- Bread pudding and dark chocolate maltesers sauce, cherry compote. The bread is baked locally.
