Good news today for locavores around the London area as the LFP reports Masonville Place is set to get it's own weekly Farmers' Market.
According to the article, fresh local produce is set to hit the mall's parking lot Fridays from 8am-1pm starting May 15th.
While Hil and I are still closer to the market downtown, it's nice to know that the city's north west end is going to have some more options when it comes to local fare.
In related news, the LFP is also running an article on the growing number of community gardens in London. I know the folks down at Presence are starting one up this year and rumour has it that Village Green brings in a big harvest every year with their garden.
