Customer Service etc

Our internet was down over the weekend*...
Which means I'm behind in work...
Which means I'm behind in blogging...

I sure do have some goodies lined up for you though. Here's a sneak peek.

*The funny thing about the hassle it was to get our service turned back on is that by the end of it all the compensation we sought was much more heavily influenced by the inconvenience of trying to get the issue resolved than it was by the original offense itself.

And that's a long story made very very short.
