John Vickers for NoTankers.ca

Designer John Vickers offers up this inspiring design in support of the Dogwood Initiative's NoTankers.ca campaign to protect British Columbia's coast from the potential of a devastating oil spill.

Each poster features a gorgeously-simple stylized rendering of wildlife at risk should a tanker along the coast ever leave some of it's crude cargo behind.

This is exactly the kind of clean and concise design I love to work on myself and I  give John some major kudos for stepping up and lending his obvious talent to raising awareness about such a potential disaster. From his stark palette through the posters' wickedly witty tear/oil drop the treatment of these is bang on. Bang on.
