Canning 2011

Hello southwestern Ontario harvest.

The following will become many jars of delicious pasta sauce and dill pickles... it's the bounty Hilary and Margie u-picked yesterday to process today (along with Lori) for the three of our families to enjoy over the next year.


5 bushels of tomatoes (romas)
1/2 bushel green peppers
11 quarts of mixed hot peppers
11 quarts of sweet banana peppers
1 bushel of pickling cukes
10lbs onions
10 bulbs garlic
30 free range farm eggs
10 lbs of potatoes
